So I have an older system with 32GB of DDR3 1600MHz RAM (i have that much because my parents have a plenty of spare memory os it was free). I'm upgrading my computer to have 16GB of DDR4 3600MHz memory (and upgrading my mobo as well obviously). But when I check my RAM usage, it says 25-28GB. At one point, my computer roze because I ran out of RAM. I always close any windows in the background to avoid this, so that's not the reason. So now I want to know, will 16GB be enough RAM to run Borderlands 3?

Edit: I checked my computer for malware and it found nothing.

Edit2: I guess something must have been updating at that time, but even when nothing is running except iCue and the game itself, I was still sitting at 15.9GB of memory usage.

When the usage hits 25-28GB can you supply a screenshot of your taskmanager so we can see what's taking up so much memory? Windows usually take no more than around 3GB of RAM when at idle. Of course if you have other applications open it's a different story but it should reach anywhere near 25GB.

Please mention or quote me if you want a response. :)
