I have a budget of $5000 CAD. I am looking to build a new computer primarily for gaming(top tier games) currently playing on 1080 monitor but looking to upgrade to 4k soon(not part of the budget) and streaming local content(plex). I would like to run a VM to play with higher risk scenarios(I like to mess with "Microsoft techs" that call me). And my wife is thinking about vlogging/video editing/podcasting. I would like to be able to do all this with one rig. Or would I be better off building 2. My first instinct is to center around an AMD 3950x. Looking for recommendation on what you would put together. This is kinda what I had in mind:

Super! I have no idea what I should be looking at for video editing. I haven't even looked at software yet. So what I'm  seeing here is that the 3950x is way overkill. Thanks for the input. Oh and thanks for teaching me what a bone head I am. I couldn't find a way to switch to CAD on PC part picker. I assumed that it was like most websites that neglect canada. LOL. So double thanks on your reply.
