No, you have enough PCIe lanes for both drives as well as your GPU.  Non issue.

it shouldn't, the drives take up the lanes regardless of if they are in raid or not, so they should only take up the lanes they do on there own

ok cool thanks! one other question would a 2080ti be bottlenecked by a 6700k cpu?

Yes, for gaming the only CPU for the 2080Ti is a 9900K.  Maybe a 3900X, but if you get the 2080Ti you're looking at having the best and the 9900K is arguably the best when everything taken into account.

What games? A lot of newer stuff will do better with a 6 core, but many older titles or easier to run ones are fine with a quad.

9100f would be fine for the price, but if you're near a microcenter you have a few more options for cheap.

Hmmmm... warframe and GTA V should be okay with a quad, BFV really likes 6-8 cores, and will use more. That said I do know a guy who plays Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V on an i3 8350K and GTX 970 without issue.

What's the budget for the CPU, and do you already have a mobo for it? May be cheaper/the same price to just get an R5 1600/2600/3600 (depending on budget) and B450 motherboard, then run that with the RAM you're replacing in your system. The i5 9400F is also decent option if you wanna stay on Intel and the build is only for gaming.

Would depend on the title, but with a decent overclock no, a 6700K won't hold back a 2080 in much. The 6700K and 7700K still perform damn well, since they can clock high and have 8 threads vs the i5s/modern i3s stuck a 4c/4t.

i have 1600$ to either upgrade mine and build him one or build me a new one and just hand mine to him,for a new builf for me all i need is cpu, mobo, gpu ram, already have case and custom loop for cooling, minus whatever block ill need but that wont be part of the budget. i can use the whole 1600 for a whole new build for myself but wont be getting 9900k or 2080 lol so if i do build a new one im prolly going 3700x with a 5700xt

You can indeed get a 9900K/2080S with that:

There's room to get a better GPU (though if you go water for that then the FE is fine, an EVGA one for the warranty would be the only real upgrade, but IIRC the FEs are binned cards) or motherboard too. That RAM is b-die and should go rather far if you push it, and the 9900K is well, a 9900K.
