Laptop advice

Hey everyone, I need help choosing one of the following laptops forweb and mobile dev, I also learn computer vision and machine learning.

Choice is very limited in my country so there is no computer with SSD here... Durability is an important criteria so I expect it to keep working for 3yrs maybe ?

Aside of dev I only do a basic usage: watching films and Internet, and maybe some lightweight video editing for my channel using Vegas Movie Studio
