Hello those few of you who are excel gods

i could use an idea about excel, when you open: format cells > number, and there is the checkbox for "use 1000 seperator" is there any way that i could make that to be checked by default, since by default it is unchecked and i am yet to find a way to make it checked by default, sinc customs are not favourited here and macros also not welcome for some reason, so i am kinda stumped.

Some EU input to Canadian IT :D

There is a button in excel that will do it, however it does also default to 2 decimal places which may or may not be desired, however right next to it you do also have the 'more decimals' and 'less decimals' buttons. There doesn't seem to be any way to change the check box default.
