Help! My phone battery decrease as it charge

I had a Huawei Mate 10 pro, now left with 15%. I use my 2M long fast charge cable and an original charger from Huawei. Instead of the battery % increase  it decrease. Why? Any solution? My wifi is on while I use it.

If you turn your phone off and let it charge to full, how long does it last?

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Are you using the phone while it charges? If you are doing an intensive task, like gaming, the battery could discharge faster than it charges.

Just turn it off and let it sit, it happens if you are using the phone.
