Planning an upgrade

After seeing the new video from linus I decided to start my upgrade now.

Planning to upgrade CPU motherboard and GPU. any suggestions and combinations i should consider?

If memory and motherboard are not on the table not that I can see. The 1600af might want to be a consideration if you can find one.  

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
