Help a Nextcloud Noob

I was planning to setup a Next Cloud virtual machine with VMware with two 500gb drives in RAID. I found an old 240gb laptop drive, and I decided to try to set it up using the drive just as a test. I downloaded the 40gb pre-installed vm, since the 500gb one would be too big for the 240gb drive, and I went through everything and got it working. However, I have a few questions and need some help with a couple of things:

1. I still have 200gb of drive space left and I'd like to utilize it, so how do I go about expanding the space for the Next Cloud vm.

2. Going through the (I suppose it would be called the setup) process I checked to install onlyoffice and collabora. It installed onlyoffice then told me that for collabora I would need to uninstall onlyoffice. I did a little research and figured out that onlyoffice was better for my needs, so I pressed CTRL+C to abort as it said to do. Now it just says root@nextcloud:~#. I would like to get back to installing and setting up the rest of the things. How do I do that? Sorry, as said in the title I'm very much a noob, which is why I wanted to test setting it up in the first place. Here is a picture of what I am seeing. 

 

3. I would appreciate if anyone could give me a list of useful commands and just some general advice I should know with using Next Cloud.

I restarted the VM and now I have this.

Are you able to access this through the IOS nextcloud app off/away from your home network?

I went through the complete install process (which I didn't last time) and I can't even access it on my home network. It lists it as inactive in my router's settings. This is what I see on the vm:

I'm kinda at a loss, because I reinstalled it twice and can't connect to it at all. I didn't have this with the first time when I didn't finish the install process. Like I said very new to this if you could show me a very detailed guide or even help me out yourself that would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, so I am only able to connect to the server through the app/website during the installation process after the ssl stuff. Once the installation finishes and the vm restarts it marks it as offline in the router and I can't connect to it at all.
