get the 2008 one. When i started learning C++ i used the 2006 version. it's the most basic one.

The 2008 version has the most easy language used. You'll be able to understand it without much trouble ^^

Hi guys!

I want to learn C# and since there are no classes i can follow for this language or any good website to learn it i decited to buy a book.

Is there a big difference in Visual C# 2008 and 2012? The 2008 one is top rated with 5/5 stars and the 2012 with 4/5 stars because it didn't explain everything.

Wich one should i buy?

Thanks!

Edit: Changed the title.
