Has anyone seen an external harddrive or harddrive enclosure with 2 inputs (preferably USB) to be used with 2 PC's?

I know i can just build a NAS to fulfill my needs, but im looking for something more simple.

At me or quote me, I want to hear your opinion.

Hopefully anything I say is factually correct. Sorry for any mistakes in advanced.

Your router must support it, so it will work as a NAS(Network Area Storage).

and a NAS is what you should go for, usb don't realy support more than one computer connected to it at one time. unless it's a link cable, like to your phone that also is a computer in that sense.

I saw a hub someone linked here to share a printer, but with a button to swap what port was active.

Ofcourse the easiest and cheapest option is to mount the USB drive to one computer and share it so you can access it from the second computer, but then the first computer will always need to be connected.
