ryzen 2600 not boosting, underperforming

Temps are fine, everything its at stock except from xmp thats on auto 3200mhz. it only boosts to about 3600 mhz and thats only when im gaming ( i saw videos of boosts up to 3.9)

in all thread workloads is even worse sometimes i run below base clock speeds i dont know whats the problem, i have a 550W evga gold rated psu  my mobo its a b450m ds3h GIGABYTE, tried clearing cmos, i updated my bios from F1, to f32 to f40 i had the same problem with all of them, games run ok just a few stutters here and there but i just want my cpu to perform like it should. Cinebench score is around 2600, most people are getting around 2900 at stock. if i overclock over 3.6 my system crashes

i will attach a youtube video of ryzen master while running cinebench to see if you guys can spot anything weird other than my bad spelling

also  some screenshots while running aida64, thanks in advance for your replies and no, english is not my first lenguage.

i cant understand what you are doing in that video... are you underclocking it?

leave it at stock?

Also if its blue screen crashing most likely you need to increase voltage.

CPU is toasty considering your low clock speed. Perhaps it could be temparture limit? Remount your cooler perhaps?

Also, that motherboard is bad, dont expect to oc from it.

Tried overvolting +.120 offset

+. 72 Soc, got even worse results

If i run in 4c/8t mode i get normal single score results maybe a power delivery issue with my board?

Most likely, their A320 board can still be better built than your b450.
