Currently I'm launching Intel XTU every time I turn laptop on, to set Offset Voltage to -0.1 v. It resets on its own after a while. Doesn't depend on restart - sometimes it doesn't reset after restart, sometimes it does; sometimes it resets when computer is on. Just now I opened XTU to check temps and it was reseted to 0.

There's also Throttlestop program but it also doesn't save undervolting settings anywhere, you have to do that every launch.

Is there a way to undervolt my laptop CPU (i7-7700HQ) so it wouldn't reset on its own? There's no such thing in UEFI.

ThrottleStop can save voltages to a file if you tell it to do this. Look in the FIVR window for that option.

You can also add it to your Windows startup sequence using the Task Scheduler.
