Hello everyone,

I have the potential to upgrade my gtx 1050ti to a 1080ti (both asus strix) and I would just like to know if I will encounter any problems such as a bottle neck.

I currently have:

i7 7700k over clocked to 4.9ghz

16 GB DDR4 HyperX Memory

Z270 SLI PLUS Motherboard

Asus Geforce GTX 1050ti GPU

600w CX Corsair Power Supply

If someone could please help with a response it would be greatly appreciated.

I may be wrong as I've never had a PC and this is all based on minimal research, but either 2080 Super or 2080 Ti would be a better option here. The 2080 Super tends to beat the 1080 Ti and it's about $300-400 cheaper. 2080 Ti would be good if you're willing to make the stretch. If you want a 1080 Ti though.. go for it.
