Try and clear the cmos. Then set up your drive order and again.

when i start my pc its says reboot and select proper boot device then i restart and i happens again.if i hit del key and go to my bios and restart it starts up normal and goes to windows. ive never had this problem.i have my 970 evo in the first boot priority and my os is installed on that.
