minecraft tekkit server error

i keep getting these errors in my minecraft tekkit server. i have no idea what it means. everyone is still able to join the server but it still worries me. is it anything to be worried about?

Your question however should be "My server is open to the internet equals everyone. How big problem is this?" That i cannot answer. But all errors should be corrected.

As long as the server appears to run fine it's not really a big deal. These Tekkit servers are running a crapton of mods that are sort of cobbled together, so a few hiccups are more or less expected. It's been a while since I ran one of these, but I'm pretty sure mine never ran without errors in the console either
