UPDATE: Loud Humming and vibration??

Recently my PC has been running into some problems, My CPU and Mobo temps are near 100°C and even after recently applying Thermal Paste it is still running hot. What's worse is that my PC is nowing emitting a Loud humming noise and vibration, i suspect it to be a fan possibly but i don't really know.

I've got the same problem. I don't remember why its that hot but the noise is from the fan spinning on max rpm
