Ryzen Master Override Bios even when uninstalled

Hey all,

 

I have an R7 2700X on an MSI B450 Tomahawk MOBO and used Ryzen Master to overclock. My problem is that i cannot revert RM to auto. When I try to change from manual to auto, I get the message in the image, click OK to restart my PC, and immediately upon restart, RM reverts back to my 4.1 GHz OC, i can't even drop the OC past a restart, I have uninstalled RM and it still overrides the bios back to a 4.1 GHz OC. I have reset my CMOS and reinstalled my chipset drivers to no avail. Any help would be appreciated,
