Hey i want to build a pc but i am not sure on what the best parts are within my budget so any help would be much appreciated. I have a budget of $2200 AUD which is around $1500 USD i am willing to go a bit over budget if needed. The main purpose of this pc is to play some of the high demanding games on it like battlefield,forza,gta ect.

Do you need a monitor/peripherals?

 

If you already have a monitor, what refresh rate/resolution is it?

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

i currently have a 27" 144hz 1920x1080 monitor. i want to get a second monitor but it doesnt need to come from the budget stated before as i will  get it at a later date when i have saved up some more money.

Then in that case what @Fasauceome is good. 
 

you could take the GPU down to a 5700 XT or 2070 Super to fit in another display
