PC is acting wierd

So my pc been acting weird so when I plug it in to the wall just the power cable connected to pc works fine when I plug my keyboard and other stuff I'm it just shuts off and doesn't work if when I plug my pc into a strip and into my pc is shuts off had it for a year cleaned it made sure everything is tight 

1660 ti

amd ryzen 7 2700

b450m steel legend 

and cx 650
