First thing that pops.

Upgrade Memory to 16GB for Gaming Purposes.
You'd be surprised.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Thank you for replyingl. If i upgrade to 16gb ram you think this will fix the problem?

Most modern Gaming PC's are Super close to full 8GB capacity when gaming(+Windows/Sideapps)
Then the RAM that NEEDS to be still used after that goes to the much much slower HDD (extended RAM) spaces,...
The games won't be unplayable on 8GB as you already know,..(frametimes/drops) will be worse,..but those skips and stutters are pretty prevalent on modern games with 8GB Ram (When you also have a strong enough CPU/GPU) It's been clear for a while that especially AAA games this last year or two are using near or over 8GB System Ram.

Videos on the subject.
This was made one year ago. (Note the Minimum frametime results)

Here are search results that you can peruse through,..

Note the dates they were uploaded if that matters to you.
