Can i overclock r3 1200

Hi everyone , so i was wondering can i overclock my r3 1200 with a evga 500w 80 bronze PSU , because i dont know if it will work or not.?

 

spec 

sapphire 570 8gb 

evga 500w 80 bronze

asrock b450m pro 4 f 

patriot viper 2x4 gb

Yes u can bcuz u have a b450 motherboard,just make sure u have adequate cooling

How much cooling do you consider adequate ??

As long as it doesn't reach 90 Celsius when at full load it should be fine,bcuz if it reaches that temp ur CPU will start thermal throttling

If you're planning on using the stock cooler it won't get u far
