ASRock Z77 Extreme3 + I7 3770K Overclocking Help

Hello LTT,

 

Just made a budget build and got back into gaming/using a PC. I was interested in overclocking my processor which is a I7-3770K, I currently use the ASRock Z177 Extreme3 Motherboard. If anybody can assist me with overclocking, please pm me your discord/post your discord below if you have one. I tried to OC using the auto-OC feature in the bios and it boots into 4.4GHz but when I run prime95 it BSODs after a minute or so I GUESS that I have to manually OC for it to work, please assist me :)
