Inquiring about my power draw...

I've used OuterVision, and I don't think that's a very accurate calculation of what my PC is using in terms of power.

I was wondering if anyone could help me estimate how much power my PC is drawing. 
I'm well aware that I need a proper power meter to get an accurate reading, but I just wanna know the ball-park figure.

 

MoBo: TUF B450M Pro

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x (stock cooler)

GPU: RX 580 O8G D5 8GB

RAM: two 8GB cards at 3000mHz

SSD: 6 regulars and 1 M.2

HDD: 2 (7.2k RPM)

Fan: 1 for the case

Monitors: dual 27 inch

 

I'm using my computer maybe around 16 hours a day for work.

They're usually CPU intensive since I run Cubase and requires a lot of real-time audio playback but my CPU never goes over 20%
