I recently replaced my ram as my old ram had a bad module. Since I replaced it my computer would start randomly blue screening due to a bad driver. I did a fresh reinstall of windows which fixed this however my computer has now started restarting randomly. I have tested the ram in another machine and it runs fine so it can't be that.

I have also been using the graphics card, storage and psu since I first built my machine and have never had any issues until I upgraded the CPU and RAM a couple of months ago. I then replaced both the ram and mobo to try and fix the random some issues. Also have updated to all latest drivers and bios

My specs are as follows:

Ryzen 5 2600x

Hyperx fury 32gb 3200mhz ram

MSI GTX 1060 6GT OC

Gigabyte b450 auros elite ATX mobo

Samsung 860 Evo 500gb (my boot drive)

Seagate 1tb 7200 HDD

Gigabyte PB500 500 watt psu

Windows 10 64bit

Computers can’t do random.  They’re not even good a faking random when trained people try hard at it for a long time.  Something is causing the problem.  The question is what?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
