Looking for some help/advice. I have a R8000 and am trying to connect to an EX8000 in extender mode. The 2.4Ghz band connects but the 5Ghz band from router to extender just will not connect. Range is not the issue. I have factory reset both devices. Even purchased a second extender to test. I can connect to the 2 5Ghz bands on the router no issues. Any ideas here? I am an advanced user so I did check that it was plugged in. I don’t want to flash to 3rd party firmware.
