Hey everyone

So I built my mother a computer a little while ago and ( after months of sitting in silence) she's just told me she's having issues where she has to restart her computer multiple times for windows to register a mouse click despite mouse tracking works perfectly (yes I have tried multiple mice) and it takes a fair amount of time to load every time she opens file explorer. Please help I'm stumped also I was afraid it was the mother board and swapped it with mine but it still persists. Hell I even tried formatting the drive using the windows reset tool
