Need help if anyone has encouter this problem

Hi i recently added 2 new parts to an old build i added a b450 tomahawk max and ryzen 3600

everything appears to work fine but when i power up the computer the first time the pc will post , then when it is time to show me the loading screen the display turns off. When i shut it down and restart it  again it does work fine , but when i shut it down again and  turn it on the same problem appears. Does anyone have a solution?

i already  check the ram i try different power supply i remounted motherboard i check all the mounts recheck cables..
