Computer freezing when idle

I noticed that my pc freezes when i leave it idle for some time, so i decided to flash bios, but still keeps happening sometimes. help pls

Specs

 

Ryzen 5 1600

ASRock ab350m Pro4

MSI RX 480 4GB

Kingston HyperX 8GB 1x 2400mhz

Western Digital Green 500GB 7.2k rpm

Corsair HX 850

Freeze as in crash?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Like i cant move mouse or anything, holding power button doesnt do anything, just frozen picture of whatever was on the screen. Now somebody told me to check my sleep and power settings, i noticed that *turn of hdd after set time* was set to 120 mins, so i changed it to 1440 mins, well see if that makes difference.
