Someone HELP!! Screen tearing in every game 150+fps (165hz)monitor.

soo, created a topic eariler today bout some serious screen tearing.. can somebody plz help? got a hp omen 165hz G-sync monitor.. and my system is

 

Asus TUF x570 Pro Wifi MB

Gskill TridentZ 32Gb 3200Mhz ram

Asus RTX 2080TI advanced GPU

750W cooler master masterwatt bronze PSU

Amd Ryzen 3600x Cpu

2Tb SSD 

 

build the pc couple months ago, then i dident have the problem, but no suddenly i got screen tearing or micro stutter i dont know.. playing on like 150+fps but when i move my mouse it feels choppy/laggy, its not smooth, like the texture are moving, its not still kinda, hard to explain.. tried v sync on dosent help.. i tried cap fps in nvidia control panel to 163, got a little better but still not as it should be.

And i tried my second monitor, thats 1080p still screen tearing, tried changing display port cable, no change.. someone plz help me, so frustreted.. :S

There are two ways to avoid screen tearing that I know of:


1. Cap your max frame rate at a level that is both at or below the max hz of your monitor AND the MINIMUM frame output of your GPU (yes this probably means to use 165hz with no tearing your max frame rate is probably going to need to be well above 200fps)

 

2. use synch software (freesynch/gsynch)

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
