Cant place certain blocks in FTB

Well in that case I can only really recommend restarting the server and hoping that fixes it. But for other testing purposes you could create another world and seeing if the problem persists there as well or not.

so im just playing minecraft FTB direwolf1.12.2 mod, on my own server

and there are certain blocks i cannot place, for example portal frame needed for the mining world portal

does anyone have a clue?

If you load up the pack in a single player world does it still not work? (Don't connect to the server)

it actually does yes, idk whats the problem with the server
