I have mostly been a windows user, only using distoros of Linux in a VM, but im really getting sick of windows and im thinking of dual booting with Manjaro. But I do have one concern, since I still want to use Windows for gaming, if I download any Nividia, intel, etc drives for Linux, will that interfere with the installed windows drivers? Thanks.

No, its separated between partitions. What you have on one won't affect the other
