Mouse Keeps Lagging

Okay so I have a wireless logitech mouse (non gaming), and I have never had this problem before, my mouse is lagging, i try playing any fps or camera movement based game and it looks like im getting 5 frames a second. 

 

Things I Tried :: 

 

*replacing batteries

 

*restarted PC

Clean it maybe?

check for surrounding interference. I used to have a 2.4ghz wireless router near my pc when using my RAT 9, and often i would lose horizontal movement, moved the router out of the room and that fixed it. 2.4ghz is a B***h, so much interference.
