fresh windows intall error

Hello.

I have just built a pc with a friend and now we are having problems.

Basically the pc posted correctly, we are able to go to the bios.

We changed the boot priority to the usb drive that we created using the usb installer ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 ) when we inserted it and turned on the pc. It started loading form the pen (the icon from windows appeared), it turned 1 time and then this:

code 0xc000021a. I do not not know what to do, please help!

this is the build.

That error means there are corrupt files and Windows cannot boot. I'd start by recreating the flash drive and if possible using a different flash drive entirely.

Main Rig:-

Ryzen 7 3800X | Asus ROG Strix X570-F Gaming | 16GB Team Group Dark Pro 3600Mhz | Corsair MP600 1TB PCIe Gen 4 | Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse | Corsair H115i Platinum | WD Black 1TB | WD Green 4TB | EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W | Asus TUF GT501 | Samsung C27HG70 1440p 144hz HDR FreeSync 2 | Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS |

Server:-

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)
