I have recently built a pc and occasionally when i shut it down and the reboot it it will not boot to windows. It will get to bios but not boot windows

Go into Bios boot settings and check the order the OS drive should be first.

Are your Windows up to date and all the other drivers including Bios ?

Will i have to reinstall all my games because my internet is garabage and it ttook weeks to download my library

If you unplug your extra HDD's and connect them after fixing the issue, most likely not. In steam, you can select game library folders, and you can add the root folder of your old library and the games will come right back with no download needed. For other game launchers it might be a bit more tricky

Most of my games are on my 2tb boot drive
