Picture moves

So IDK if this is in the correct topic but, after some time the Picture of my Monitor "Drifts" to the lowet right cornet or spazzes out until i press the jog button, then the screen goes back to normal in both circumstances.

its pretty annoying when you play games suddenly yout monitor spazzes out or moves.

 

I dont think its a faulty cable because it goes away after pressing the jog button, 

reset through the OSD didnt help same goes for DDU and firmware update of the monitor.

 

it worked fine A couple weeks then it did this.

 

Anyone had the same Problem i finished everything i can think of expect RMA since RMAing a monitor is BS either it comes back even more broken or they dont fix it after weeks.

PS: Samsung monitor C27HG70, other monitor works alright.
