HELP WITH ADAPTERS (MONITORS)

hello, 

        So i have 2 144hz monitors, but they have a big problem, they dont have display port, just DVI-D and VGA. my problem is that my graphics card only has 1 DVI-D output. so i bought a DP to DVI-D adater, but it is only                      capable of 60hz. if someone knows a solution to my problem please can you help me out, or if it is impossible please can you tell me how come.

You'll need an active DP to DVI-D DL adaptor.

it sais nothing about 144hz, but supports 4k 30hz, so does that mean it will support 1920x1080 144hz?
