Hello everyone,

About three years ago i bought an Epson EH-TW5300 (2040). Since two months ago i noticed the screen has doubled. It seems thst the doubled screen is blurry, smaller and more to the top in the middle. It is most noticeable when white is used on black as seen in the image. About a month ago my projector told me to change out the buld. So i bought an original bulb from Epson. I hoped the problem would've been solved with this, but it still exists. Even now the screen is brighter and the ghosting effect also seems stronger.

I've read online to mess around with focus and brightness. I messed around with every setting on the projector. Nothing seems to help. I also read it could be bad cabling. I hooked up to my laptop (normally connected to a desktop) with 3 different hdmi cables in both hdmi in 1 and 2. The problem still exists.

My conclusion out of this is that my cables aren't the problem and also the source isn't the problem. I am unable to find much information about this problem on google.

Is there anyone out there with some knowledge about projectors whom can give me some tips an pointer on how to solve this problem?
