Windows 10 freeze

I have windows 10 on a kingston 120gb ssd and its been a good experience until it recently started freezing after sometime afk time;

basically if i leave my pc for a bit without using it or open a game in fullscreen for a bit and then close it, the file explorer won't work anymore and if i click anywhere it just freezes everything exept the mouse, i can't ctrl alt del neither so im stuck and have so hard reset my pc everytime.

im very lost right now all i can think of is reinstalling windows from scratch
