Geforce display drivers

MSI Tomahawk Max

Corsair vengeance 16gb 3600mhz

Asus Rog strix 2070 super

 

Every time I boot up my computer I need to reinstall my geforce display drivers or I get fps drop. I have an asus 1080p and 1440p monitor.

 

With a fresh restart I will hit 100 fps in game on the 1080p and 70-80 fps on the 1440p.

After reinstalling geforce driver I will hit 160 fps on 1080p and 120 fps on 1440p.

 

Tried reverting to two previous drivers, issue still persists.
