Hello guys ?

I have a quick question.

As far as I can think after the latest BIOS Update on my ASUS ROG Strix X-470 Gaming for my Ryzen 7 3700X my utilization shown in the Windows Task Manager is a bit weird.

Before the update or something else it looked "different" not that "spiky".

The picture was taken when while I was gaming.

Is this normal?

Also I am confused because CPU-Z shows a BIOS Version of 5406 - AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 1.0.0.4 and Date 11/13/2019.

If I look on the Asus Site () the BIOS 5406 shows a date after the CPU-Z one. (25/11/2019)
