Motherboard flashing

I have an Gigabyte Aorus Elite X570, with the default bios Version F3, I tried flashing the bios to be able to set another fan speed for the chipset fan.

I tried Q-Flashing every other bios version, but when i try to turn it on after it wont boot, only in secured(safety? not sure whats the correct word) mode, so i flashed the f3 version again and it works now. Does anyone have an idea what i could try to update the bios?
