Need Help with new build

Hello everyone I just recently built a new gaming PC and I cannot get a post. The fans are spinning and the RGB on the devices are lit. I was wondering if maybe if my motherboard needed a BIOS update? I was wondering if anyone has some advice. Specs listed below.

 

Specs:

i9 9900k

Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB 

Mobo: ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING

Ram: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

GPU: Geforce RTX 2080ti

Storage: 500gb Samsung 970 evo NVMe M.2

PSU: Corsair RM750

The case is a Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic ATX Full Tower Case

First thing I would do is reseat all the cards, maybe try RAM sticks individually in case one is bad.  Perhaps try the integrated graphics alone to see if that boots.

I put the ram in my old rig and it works as normal, the gpu works as well. When trying on board to post still no output.
