I'd just keep what you have.

If it's the same CAS the 2133mhz would be faster, but unless it was in a ground up build I wouldn't pay the money for the small improvement.

I suppose I'l just keep my corsair vengeance kit until I upgrade to a new CPU and DDR4 RAM.

Yeah, higher clocked ram is a very marginal improvement... usually not worth the cost, and more RAM is only beneficial if you're doing things that require that much ram; i.e. video editing. I'd recommend the same thing... stick with what you have, use the money for other stuff :D
