How to get a optimal gaming performance

So, i have this setup but something is weird.

CPU : My cpu only do at 3.6-3.65ghz at gaming. But i see from youtube it can go 3.75 or 3.8

RAM: Still dont understand, all my friend using 3200MHz for ryzen rig.

GPU: currently using galax. no OC

Experience at gaming: There is a big fps difference. Like the frametime isnt tight enough for this setup. CSGO low set (high shader set) 190-300 fps The problem is my fps counter (nvidia) shows that fps is from 250 to 200 then jump to 280.Like a big jump from frame per frame. It make  the game feels chuggy. Not a smooth experience?

BUY A 3200MHZ RAM 8x2

Buy a cooler like CM Hyper 212 LED?

Do OC and hope all things will be alright

Ryzen 5 2600 / MSI B350 Tomahawk / GALAX RTX 2060 6GB (1-Click OC) / Corsair Vengeance LPX 2666Mhz 8x2GB / ADATA SX6000 LITE 512 M.2 NVME / KLEVV 128 GB SATA / Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200rpm / Seasonic Focus Gold 550W / Tecware Nexus C

Upgrade Plan: CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 RAM: GSkill TridentZ RGB 3200MHz/3600MHz MB: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX

But i already asked this at forums. My cpu can keep up with RTX 2060. But reality isnt the same what i expected. Temperature is around 75-77c (full load)

hello again. can you try to install msi afterburner and enable the in game overlay? it will show real time fps, cpu and gpu utilisations and temperatures, it's more reliable for fps readings than the nvidia counter.

some fps fluctuation is normal. depending on what happens in the game, on the scened that needs rendering, on the internet connections, there are many factors. 200 to 300 isn't such a worrying jump and it can happen. i would focus on average fps values and 1% low values and see if those match what other people with the same system have. msi afterburner will help you identify those values.

temps are normal. and 3200mhz pays a medium impact to fps.

Maybe it only different from what i expect. Like this. someone said r5 2600 gtx 1070ti can reach above 160fps at r6s. But mine is 2060,first thing i opened the game, The game feels smooth like 150-180 fps stable. After 1 hour of play. Like a many drop. But temperature only 70-75c. I know it too high from what i see from youtube. Already checked from afterburner. Maybe if it 50/50 cpu gpu usage make the fps drop a little (R6S) But sometimes it reach 70/60 It made the game better. But i still confused about CSGO. At my screen it feels like my cpu isnt capable to handle my gpu

Maybe i need to increase my minimum fps and tighten the frametime. All i see is when the framerate drops, frametime also get higher

what monitor do you have? is it 144hz? is freesync enabled?

75Hz.No freesync. I see it from the fps. I think i can play with tight fps. Too high expectation. Maybe next upgrade i will change to intel i7 9700f. Because if i need to upgrade to r5 3600 or 3rd gen i need to change motherboard.

You don't need to change motherboard for 3600 or higher. You have a good motherboard, you just need to update bios.

Also, why are you worried you're not hitting 300fpa if your monitor is 75hz? If I were you, i'd invest in a 144hz freesync monitor first.

You may look for 'Low Latency Mode'. On=Prerender 1, Off=Prerender 3, Ultra=zero (direct).

Hmm already applied to Csgo but no improvement. I use ultra to csgo. I dont know i use on/off/ultra

I told you to use 1 as prerender (=on), you're using zero, and you're wondering about the massive sways from 200-280fps and back within the game, with weird effects and an unsteady gameplay. Your monitor is only giving you 75hz (thank god the eye itself is a lot slower than that), you could've capped the fps to 150 (or 144 if you like) without much difference to the game.

My cpu clock speed only 1365-1470 MHz. Maybe i will apply one by one or all?

That's not the cpu-clock, it is the gpu. But the percentages for either cpu and gpu are interesting, they barely reach 40%. CS:GO options: Multicore rendering enabled, Laptop Powersaving disabled?

Also check MSAA (disabled), use FXAA instead. Personally I'd disable Motion Blur anyways unless it's a racing game.

Hmmm i will check that. But i think at csgo my cpu and gpu got a bottleneck. Because different game different things too right?

Maybe at another game, I have a temperature issue, and ram, also clock speed stays at 3.575

How so different game?! The pictures are taken in CS:GO, my advice is for CS:GO, your cpu is at 3625mhz, displayed in the pictures, but it - and the gpu as well - barely needs to flex a muscle.
