Low FPS

I play GTA V and noticed I was only getting ~35fps on direct X11 ultra settings. I have tried all sorts to increase my FPS but can’t. Currently use Direct X10 and get between 80-110fps but feel my computer should be able to handle Direct X11 (as I want the extra detail Direct X11 provides). 
 

My pc: 

Intel-Core i9-9900KF,

RTX 2080Ti 11GB,

32GB RAM,

1TB SSD

P.s I have checked my drivers and installed the latest updates for drivers and GPU. 
 

Does anyone know how I could increase my FPS to allow me to use Direct X11?

2080ti and 35fps ... that’s really low. What resolution you playing at?

1920 x 1080p and yeah I thought it was really low

its been while since I played GTA 5 so cant remember what settings are there..

If it has super sampling or anything like that prob best to turn it off.

That's not a tweaky setting issue. Sounds more like a driver or windows issue. 

 

Have you tried reinstalling the directx utilities ? I think there's installs on the internet that just do it all at once. That could help maybe.
