I am planning a build which includes water cooling a 2070 super nvidia founders edition and planned to use ewkb d-rgb water block. But the water block is branded for the 2080. Is there a compatible water block with 2070 branding from ekwb or another company ?  Also i plan to use ekwb flat res can i put my pump below my  case psu shroud and fill and drain from there ? I plan to do pass through like skunkworks by jayztwocents.

Quoted from the description:
"This product is also compatible with the reference NVIDIA GeForce RTX SUPER cards."

And yes, you can put your pump in the bottom of your case, just be sure your res is directly feeding into your pump inlet, this will ensure your pump never runs dry.
