Computer won't turn on

Check all cables (although I doubt something came loose?)
It doesn't look like the PC is getting to post so you can't really check for a code or anything.
I'd test with a separate PSU (if available) to confirm it's not he PSU.

The way it's flickering would lead me to believe it's something to do with power, but hey I'm no engineer.

Better to confirm beyond a doubt than think it's good and walk in circles.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

Issue is that we don’t know any specs of your system

   @Whiro tag or quote will do the trick
