Windows 10 Shutdown Randomly

I have a problem with my laptop. Few days since I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 1909, it shutdown randomly when I doing something. The example is when I working in Microsoft Word for few minutes, shutdown screen appeared and I can't do anything. My laptop is not overheating.
How I can fix this issue?

Specs of the laptop please

Steam Deck OLED 512gb , all other pc’s are gone

Is all your drivers up to date? How did you checked temps? Check task manager if any background processes use your cpu
