Gta 5 Issues

I have a issue when I run gta 5 that I have low gpu usage fluctuating between 50-70% usage and at some places in the game it will drop to like 30% and my fps will drop to like 20 fps and my cpu sitts at 100% utilization and makes it impossible to use discord and play the game but if I crank the settings the gpu goes up to 90% and my cup goes down to 40% but the game is unplayable. I e tryed every fix ive found online and uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game and nothing has worked.

 

My rig 

Ram: 16gb of ddr4 3200mhz ( crucial balistix )

Cpu: ryzen 3 2200g clocked at 3.6 or 3.7 ghz I dont remember exactly 

Gpu: RX 560 4gb 

Thermaltake 500 watt power supply 

Motherboard: MSI A320m pro-m2 v2 

Drives: 250gb ssd, 500gb 5400rpm hdd and a 500gb 7200rpm hdd

Most graphics card issues can be solved by uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers. If you haven’t done this yet (or haven’t used Display Driver Uninstaller to remove drivers), I’d recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller, found here: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html (download links at bottom of page) and I’d recommend using the “Clean and Restart” option.

 

Once this is done, you can download new drivers by clicking on the links below and selecting your hardware.

Not sure if you've uninstalled with DDU or not, but if you didn't specifically use DDU you should try it.

Ok ill give it a try real quick, the main thing that gets me is the cpu usage that its high when the settings are low and low when the settings are high.

Nope it didn't help, when i was driving through the city i hit 41% usage and 100% usage on all cores and it seems like the more graphically intense it goes lower, and some times when i look in the distance in certain spots in the game my usage goes to 20% and my fps just drops to 25 or so.
