Ethernet and Usb's on motherboard disconnect until restart

Specs:

Rx 580

Ryzen 3 3200g

Asus Prime b450m-a

(Using newest bios update, just updated it today and didn't fix the issue)

Toughram 8x2 3200 in dual channel

1 tb seagate barracuda

500w cooler master psu (can't find it anymore, its bronze)

 

After about 3-4 hours my usbs disconnect and same with the ethernet and the only way to get them to work is by turning it off then on again.

Did you try to update drivers manually? If yes, then try to RMA your MoBo, if possible (at least it might be faulty mobo).

I mean the weirdest thing is that it happens never when im in a game, I might just by a new motherboard
